About Us

Cherie's Brides began in 1999; the store was initially dedicated to making bespoke Bridal wear in addition I also offered alterations and a dressmaking service. It all began with a few design samples and I would make to order. 

As demand grew: The time had come to introduce gowns from other designers, as well as my own creations, I introduced, 12 off the peg wedding gowns, a small selection of Bridesmaids dresses and accessories.

As the business grew, so did my stock, I decided it was time to move to a bigger store, where I have been for the last five years. I hand pick every gown, as well as some private label gowns.
